# Get event

> Returns one event that happened on frequency, with all its updates.

Returns one event and all its updates, in the same shape as an entry of [Search events](https://enhancedradar.com/docs/api/docs/api/api-reference/events/search.md), without `similarity_score`.

## Path parameters

**event\_id** `integer` *required*

An event's `event_id`. An `event_update_id` returns `404`.

## Response

**event\_id** `integer`

Id of the event as first reported.

**atc\_channel\_id** `integer`

The channel the event happened on.

**facility\_ids** `string[]`

Facilities that channel belongs to.

**happened\_at** `string`

When the event happened, as first reported, in UTC, accurate to within 20 seconds.

**summary** `string`

One-line summary as first reported.

**callsigns** `string[]`

ICAO callsigns of the flights involved, as first reported.

**evidence\_audio\_sample\_ids** `string[]`

Transmissions the event was first found in.

**updates** `array`

Every later update of the event, oldest first, with `event_update_id`, `update_to_event_id`, `happened_at`, `summary`, `callsigns`, and `evidence_audio_sample_ids`. See [Search events](https://enhancedradar.com/docs/api/docs/api/api-reference/events/search.md).

## Billing

The event, with all its updates, is charged as one `event_pull`, at \$1.00, each time you request it. See [Pricing](https://enhancedradar.com/docs/api/docs/api/pricing.md) and [Billing](https://enhancedradar.com/docs/api/docs/api/concepts/billing.md).

## Errors

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `400` | `event_id` is not a positive integer. |
| `404` | No event with that id is available to the API. |
