# Get transcript audio

> Returns a short-lived link to the WAV audio of one ATC transmission.

Returns a short-lived link to the WAV audio of one transmission. Download or play it before it expires; request a new link if it has.

## Path parameters

**audio\_sample\_id** `string` *required*

Unique id of the transmission, a UUID.

## Response

**audio\_sample\_id** `string`

The transmission.

**audio\_link** `string`

Signed HTTPS link to the WAV audio of this transmission only.

**audio\_link\_expires\_at** `string`

When `audio_link` stops working, 3 minutes after the response.

## Billing

Each link is charged as one `transcript_audio`, including a new link for a transmission whose earlier link expired. The price of a link depends on its number among the links charged to your organization in the calendar month (UTC), counting the link itself:

| 501 to 1,000 | \$0.05 |
| 1,001 to 2,000 | \$0.13 |
| 2,001 to 3,000 | \$0.35 |
| 3,001 to 5,000 | \$0.90 |
| 5,001 to 10,000 | \$2.30 |
| 10,001 to 15,000 | \$6.00 |
| 15,001 to 50,000 | \$15.50 |
| 50,001 and up | \$40.00 |

## Errors

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `400` | `audio_sample_id` is not a UUID. |
| `404` | No transmission with that id is available to the API. |
