# Get transcript

> Returns one transcript of an ATC transmission by its audio_sample_id.

Returns one transcript by its `audio_sample_id`, in the same shape as an entry of [List transcripts](https://enhancedradar.com/docs/api/docs/api/api-reference/transcripts/list.md), without `search_score`.

## Path parameters

**audio\_sample\_id** `string` *required*

Unique id of the transmission, a UUID.

## Response

**audio\_sample\_id** `string`

Unique id of the transmission, a UUID.

**received\_at** `string`

When the transmission ended, in UTC, accurate to within 20 seconds. See [Times](https://enhancedradar.com/docs/api/docs/api/concepts/times.md).

**duration\_seconds** `number`

Length of the transmission in seconds.

**atc\_channel\_id** `integer`

The channel the transmission was received on.

**facility\_ids** `string[]`

Facilities that channel belongs to.

**is\_controller\_speaking** `boolean`

`true` when the controller is speaking, `false` when a pilot is.

**callsigns** `string[]`

ICAO callsigns of the flights the transmission was attributed to. Empty when no flight could be attributed.

**transcript** `string`

Transcript formatted for reading. When formatting is not available it falls back to the transcript as spoken, in lower case.

**word\_timestamps** `array`

Timing of each word of `transcript`, as `{word, start_seconds, end_seconds}`. Empty when timing is not available.

## Billing

## Errors

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `400` | `audio_sample_id` is not a UUID. |
| `404` | No transcript with that id is available to the API. |
